The Freeway — Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer

1. Agreement

When you create an account, buy anything, or use TheFreeway.club, its courses, ebook, document library, live calls, community or AI assistant (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. You must be 18 or older.

2. Information only — not advice

• Everything on the Service is general information, shared for educational and entertainment purposes only. This includes courses, videos, live calls, templates, forms, the ebook, community posts, and AI assistant answers.
• Nothing on the Service is legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, financial or investment advice. No attorney–client, accountant–client, fiduciary or advisory relationship is created.
• Vincent Lamar Edwards, The Freeway team, moderators and other members are not your attorneys, CPAs, enrolled agents or financial advisors. They do not act on your behalf.
• Laws, IRS rules, court rules and agency practices vary by place and change often. Material may be out of date, incomplete, or not right for your situation.
• Before you file a document with any court, agency, county recorder, the IRS or any financial institution, have it reviewed by a licensed professional in your state.

3. No guarantee of results

Stories, testimonials, case studies and "wins" describe one person's experience. They are not typical and not a promise. We make no guarantee of any refund, discharge, dismissal, credit change, asset protection, or any other outcome.

4. Your responsibility and risk

You alone decide whether and how to use any information or template. You accept all risk that comes from your use of the Service. That includes penalties, interest, fees, denied filings, legal costs, and actions by any agency or court. Templates are samples. You are responsible for their accuracy and lawfulness when you use them.

5. AI assistant

The AI assistant ("Vincent's AI Twin") is an automated tool trained on course material. It can be wrong. Its answers are information only, are not advice, and are not reviewed by a person before you see them.

6. Payments, renewals and refunds

• Memberships renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Founding Member pricing ($200/month) is available only to eligible former Skool members. It lasts while the subscription stays active. If you cancel, rejoining is at the current price.
• Digital products give immediate access. These include the ebook, paid courses and replays, and CUSIP request processing fees. They are non-refundable once accessed or once processing begins, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Prices may change with notice. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

7. Content license and conduct

• All course content belongs to The Freeway. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own education. Do not copy, resell, share logins, or redistribute it.
• In the community and on calls: be respectful, don't harass anyone, and don't post illegal content. Don't give other members advice as though you were a licensed professional. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
• Live calls may be recorded and added to the course library, the FAQ and the AI assistant. By joining a call you agree to be recorded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Freeway, Vincent Lamar Edwards, its team, moderators, and its service providers (including Peace Engineers, LLC) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless The Freeway, its team and its service providers against claims, penalties and costs arising from your use of the Service, from documents you file, or from your breach of these Terms.

10. Disputes

The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania govern these Terms. Any dispute will be resolved by individual binding arbitration in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, not by class action, except for small-claims matters.
